E-Gift Card Returns Only:

• Mpress does not offer cash back returns.
• Sale items are final sale
• Any items purchased with a discount code are considered sale items and are also final sale
• Returns will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card for future purchases.

Timeframe for Returns:

• Customers must contact Mpress within 7 days of receiving their order.

Condition of Items:

• Items must be unworn and in new condition.
• No returns on rompers, bodysuits, swimwear, white, or ivory cream-colored items.
• Sets that include undergarments are not eligible for return.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns:

• Mpress reserves the right to deny returns for wardrobing and excessive returns.
