NO REFUNDS

Items purchased with a discount code are final sale

If you aren’t pleased with your item(s) for any reason (it doesn’t fit, color, or doesn’t match your style), no worries, send it back to us within 7 days of date received.

Once your order is received, Mpress will issue store credit (
e-gift card) will be sent to the email attached to your order within 2-3 days.

Please note that your store credit (e-gift card) expires 90 days from the date it is issued.

Items purchased with store credit would become FINAL SALE unless a mistake was made
 on our behalf.


Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product/order. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Mpress will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs outside of our acknowledgement.

E-Gift Card Returns Only:

  • Mpress does not offer cash back returns.

  • Returns will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card for future purchases.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be unworn and in new condition.

No Exceptions:

  • Sale item, or items purchased with a discount code 

  • No returns on rompers, bodysuits, swimwear, white, or ivory cream-colored items.

  • Sets that include undergarments are not eligible for return.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns:

  • Mpress reserves the right to deny returns for wardrobing and excessive returns.
